I have recently realized that basically I don’t eat enough vegetables. I don’t. As much as I want to, or try to, I still don’t.
I already regularly drink green stuff that tastes like I fished it from the bottom of a nasty pond, anyhow. This seems better. I can juice the heck out of a million fruits and vegetables and get all their good stuff without all that pesky chewing. Seriously, though, I know that kale is great for me, but so far I haven’t found a way to make it palatable enough to eat lots of it regularly. Kale, cucumber, celery, ginger, apple and lemon juice? Somehow, I like it. I also like beet, jalapeno, celery, radish, parsley, carrot and tomato juiced into a purple concoction like nothing I’ve ever seen. Real lemons made into lemonade with stevia tasted damned good, too, and I’m seriously antsy about squeezing the hell out of some grapefruit I have on hold in the fridge.
I should probably name her.

I hate kale juiced but am slowly learning to accept it so long as other fruits are in the mix. Grapefruit on the other hand, I can put that in ANY juice and be in love
With the addition of the other veggies and fruits, the only flavors that stand out are the celery, ginger and lemon. I’ve not made straight kale juice… maybe you should put some grapefruit in it? LOL
