I lucked out on this one at the local William Sonoma, being the display with no box = discount. But I looked at them all over the internet, so they’re out there (although I couldn’t find one that quite fit my taste = picky). I really like the company lehmans.com for my old timey purchases…

I’m 10 minutes south of Detroit. I think a local chapter of WAPF is your absolute best choice. I buy meat, cheese, and milk from a farm co-op. There are farmers from Michigan, Ohio and Illinois that team up and deliver food every two weeks. WAPF recommended them, so contacting them was a great idea!
